1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using BustinFur.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or purchase our products.

2. Digital Products & Licensing

All sound files sold on this site are digital downloads. Upon purchase, BustinFur grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these sounds for personal or professional predator calling.
Prohibited Use: You may not redistribute, resell, lease, or share these files with third parties. Violation of this will result in immediate termination of access without refund.

For EEA/UK Consumers: By purchasing digital content, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that performance begins immediately upon download initialization, and you thereby waive your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

3. Hardware & Physical Goods

We sell electronic callers, including FoxPro and BFA Loaded FoxPro units. All hardware sales are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse service to anyone at any time.

4. Refund & Restocking Policy

Your purchase is subject to our Refund Policy, which is incorporated here by reference:

  • Digital Files: No returns or refunds. You are responsible for ensuring format compatibility (FXP, 16-bit, etc.) with your specific device.
  • Electronic Callers: Except where prohibited by local law, any returned hardware that has been opened is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • EEA and UK Statutory Right of Withdrawal: If you reside in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to cancel and return your physical hardware order within 14 days of delivery for a full refund without penalty. The 15% restocking fee will not apply to standard returns within this window, provided the item is returned in its original condition. You will be responsible for the direct cost of return shipping.

5. Warranties & Consumer Guarantees

For customers in the United States, hardware items are subject solely to the original manufacturer's warranty (e.g., FoxPro). To the maximum extent permitted by law, BustinFur provides hardware "as-is."

For EEA/UK Consumers: Physical products come with a mandatory, statutory two-year legal guarantee against conformity defects. If your electronic caller manifests a manufacturing defect within two years of delivery, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or partial/full refund depending on the severity of the fault.

6. Limitation of Liability

BustinFur is not liable for any equipment damage, hearing loss, or legal issues arising from the use of our high-volume sound files or electronic callers. Use our products responsibly and in accordance with your local hunting regulations. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our gross negligence, or any liabilities that cannot be limited under applicable local consumer laws.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including logos, sound arrangements, and custom "BFA Edition" branding, is the property of BustinFur. Unauthorized use of our trademarks or copyrighted material is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of our operating jurisdiction. Any disputes will be handled accordingly.

For EEA Consumers: In the event of an unresolved dispute, you have the right to submit complaints via the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
