Refund policy

Digital Products & Software

Due to the nature of digital content and immediate code delivery, all sales of software applications, sound files, and digital downloads are final. Once a download has been initiated, a license key delivered, or the file link sent to your email, we cannot offer a refund, exchange, or cancellation.

By purchasing a digital product from our store, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Digital products and downloadable software licenses are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Digital products forgo the 14-day right of withdrawal for EU Consumers once delivery has commenced.

System Requirements & Compatibility

It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to ensure their computer hardware, operating system, and game caller meet the minimum requirements prior to purchasing.

  • Operating System Notice (Software): BustinFur desktop applications (including BFA Sound Manager) are engineered ONLY for Windows 10 and Windows 11 (64-bit) desktop and laptop PCs. Our software is NOT compatible with macOS (MacBook/iMac), ChromeOS (Chromebooks), iOS (iPhone/iPad), or Android devices. Purchasing software for an unsupported operating system does not qualify for a refund.

  • Hardware & USB Data Cable Notice: Connecting electronic callers to software requires a functioning USB port and a verified Micro-USB Data Cable. Standard "charge-only" power cables will prevent hardware detection. Failure to connect due to cable limitations or third-party hardware faults is not grounds for a refund.

  • Audio Format & Caller Verification: Please verify your device's technical specifications and supported file formats (.FXP, 16-Bit, 24-Bit, 32-Bit) before completing an audio purchase. We do not issue refunds for purchasing formats incompatible with your caller model.

Electronic Callers (Physical Products)

This policy applies to all hardware purchases, including FoxPro and BFA Loaded FoxPro Callers.

  • Return Period: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

  • EU Return Period: 14-day right of withdrawal for EU Consumers.

  • Restocking Fee: Please be advised that a 15% restocking fee applies to any electronic caller that is returned "open." To avoid this fee, the product must be returned in its original, factory-sealed packaging.

  • Condition: Items that have been used, field-deployed, mounted, or show signs of wear are not eligible for return.

  • Shipping: Original shipping costs are non-refundable; the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Technical Support

If you experience a genuine technical issue with a file or installer (such as an interrupted download link or corrupted file archive), please contact us within 48 hours of purchase. We are committed to ensuring you receive a functional, working copy of the digital product you licensed.
