Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of sound files and digital downloads are final. Once a download has been initiated or the file has been delivered to your email, we cannot offer a refund, exchange, or cancellation.

By purchasing a digital product from our store, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Digital products forgo the 14 day right of withdrawal for EU Consumers

Device Compatibility & Format

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the sound files are compatible with their specific game caller or device.

  • Know Your Caller: Please verify your device's technical requirements and supported file formats (FXP, 16Bit, 24Bit, 32Bit) before completing your purchase.

  • Format Purchase Errors: We are not responsible for the purchase of a format that is incompatible with your hardware. We provide high-quality files as described, and it is up to the user to ensure their equipment can process the selected file type.

Electronic Callers (Physical Products)

This policy applies to all hardware purchases, including FoxPro and BFA Loaded FoxPro Callers.

  • Return Period: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

  • EU Return Period:14 day right of withdrawal for EU Consumers

  • Restocking Fee: Please be advised that a 15% restocking fee applies to any electronic caller that is returned "open." To avoid this fee, the product must be returned in its original, factory-sealed packaging.

  • Condition: Items that have been used, mounted, or show signs of wear are not eligible for return.

  • Shipping: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, customer provides return shipping.

Technical Support

If you experience a genuine technical issue with a file (such as a corrupted download link), please contact us within 48 hours of your purchase. We are happy to assist you in ensuring you receive a functional version of the product you purchased.
