Shipping policy
1. Digital Products (Sound Files)
All sound files and digital bundles are delivered instantly via the email address provided at checkout or an instant download option in the order summary.
- After payment is confirmed, you will receive a download link.
- If you do not see the email within 10 minutes, please check your "Spam" or "Promotions" folder.
- There are no shipping fees associated with digital downloads.
2. Physical Hardware (FoxPro & BFA Loaded Callers)
We take great care in preparing your electronic callers for the field.
- Processing Time: Standard orders ship within 1–3 business days. BFA Loaded FoxPro Callers may require an additional 24 hours for custom sound installation and testing.
- Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the items.
- Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
3. Signature & Insurance
To protect your investment, high-value items (such as FoxPro Callers) may require a signature upon delivery. BustinFur is not responsible for packages stolen from a porch after a "Delivered" status has been confirmed by the carrier.
4. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the item.
5. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your hardware arrives damaged, please contact support@bustinfur.com within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the product. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
